A Brilliant Discovery
More Holiday Wisdom:

After doing some work around the house the past few days, I have finally arrived at this brilliant conclusion:

As I age, my body is NOT deteriorating. My joints are NOT becoming less flexible. I am NOT experiencing more aches and pains. I am NOT experiencing “deconditioning”.

Rather, I’m becoming more sensitive to what my body is telling me. I am developing a heightened awareness of self. I’m getting in touch with my body.
